It's an iconic movie scene where Tom Cruise's Jerry Maguire character decides to put his ideals first and set out to build a business based on his mission statement. When I first saw this movie with some buddies of mine back in high school, I had no idea of the significance of this scene and how true it would ring as far as business advice goes. Here I am all these years later, posting a link to this movie scene and offering it as advice to Launchpad's clients and followers.
